Preschool begins!!!

So this past Tuesday the 8th both Kai and Owen went off to Preschool. This is Kai's second year and Owen's first.

Kai was excited to get back, I think I was boring him at home. He walked right in class, found his seat and got to work.

Owen seemed to have no problem going, I think having Kai just down the hall helped. The first day he had no hesitation about going, went in and got playing. When I picked him up he wasn't even excited that I was there to pick him up. He also eat all of his lunch. This was a suprise to me, because he not only takes forever to eat at home (if at all) but he asked for a peanut butter sandwich which he has not eaten one of them for about 6 months. I was soo proud of him and he was happy he made me proud. The second day he was a little hesitant when we walked in he just stood there. I took him over to the toys and he started to play. This day he eat most of his lunch. Thursday a girl I know was a sub in his class and she told me that Owen was crying when she came in. I asked him about it and he said he was sad when I left. I reminded him that he was only staying there a few hours, Kai was right down the hall and I was always going to be there to pick him up. This day he only had a bite of his sandwich, he said "My teacher said I don't have time to eat, but I did see Kai playing outside the lunch room." So I am guessing he was a little preoccupied by watching his big brother play than eating. I am sure he will get better as time goes on.
